7 Springcourt is at the end of a delightful tree lined residential cul-de-sac overlooking Rockley Golf Course. Accra (Rockley) beach is a 5 minute drive away and there are many restaurants and bars within easy reach to suit all tastes and budgets, including those in St Lawrence Gap which is a ten minute drive away. The property features well kept tropical gardens, a roof garden and a large communal swimming pool with plunge pool and waterfall feature.

The apartment is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans throughout. The bedroom has a queen sized bed with a large wardrobe and a luxury en-suite shower room with WC and vanity unit. The comfortable living room includes a lounge chair, sofa, coffee table, satellite TV and CD player / iPod docking station.

The dining area has a feature glass table and seats four. There are also patio chairs, table and sunbeds for relaxing or dining outside. The fully equipped European kitchen has granite worktops with Bosch appliances throughout (ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, washer/drier and dishwasher) and free Wi-Fi access is available throughout the apartment.

Location

Barbados is a compact 21 miles long by 14 miles wide with stunning scenery, from gullies full of indigenous tropical foliage to acres of banana trees and flowers blooming in a myriad of exotic colours. Then, of course, there are the beaches…clear warm waters lapping gently onto golden sands…and not forgetting the people who are welcoming and fun loving. A hire car is recommended for getting around and exploring the island, although not necessary, as there are plenty of buses and taxis locally.

Additional information

Fresh linens as well as maid service once a week are included in the rental price. Additional maid service can be arranged for an added fee. Beach towels are provided. Sorry, no children or under 21s.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure the booking. The balance is payable 45 days before arrival. A refundable breakage / damage deposit of £200 is required with the final payment. We accept payment by PayPal, international wire transfer to UK or $ bank account or Bank Drafts in UK£ Sterling. We are based in the UK.

In the event of cancellation more than 4 weeks prior to arrival, a full refund will be granted for all funds over and above the 25% booking deposit. A 50% refund will apply if a booking is cancelled within 4 weeks of arrival. Early departures will not be refunded.
